Leaders
Steve and Sarah Wilkins
Steve and Sarah married in 2004. They spend a great deal of time and energy providing direction and support to the members of All Nations Church. Steve is an entrepreneur who administrates his business endeavours alongside his many responsibilities at the church. As a gifted teacher, Steve oversees the direction of the church's preaching and teaching and the University of Ottawa Campus outreach programs. Sarah taught elementary school before she and Steve became parents to four young children. In the midst of home and family commitments, Sarah spends her days caring for other moms and women in the church. She attends several life groups and also creates the media presentations for our Sunday gatherings.
Tim and Lesley Brock
Having met at Trent University, Tim and Lesley married in 1995 and have since added three children to their family. A former elementary school teacher, Lesley now works from home full-time as a child-care provider and leads the ladies’ life group. Tim has recently left employment as a high school teacher in order to work for the church. As well as pastoral and administrative responsibilities, Tim oversees the Worship team and is the principal of School of the Word Canada. Tim and Lesley enjoy reaching out to the world around them, at the same time as equipping Christians to be full of life and the Spirit.
Pat and Ali McKinnon
Pat and Ali have been married since 1995 and have been involved with counselling couples at All Nations and developing relationships in the body. They facilitate talks on relationships in the series called Boy Meets Girl. Pat oversees the Children's Work team, the Stewardship team, the Board of Directors and the Marriage and Relationship programs. He also is involved with teaching at School of the Word and with occasional teaching and preaching on Sundays. Pat works as an underwriting consultant for insurance companies, while Ali focuses on raising their four children. Their desire is to see people find their place in the family of God, be equipped with the gifts of the Holy Spirit and be encouraged to step out in those gifts.
Todd and Shannon Pulsifer
Todd and Shannon have been married since 1993. Shannon works full-time at home as an Early Childhood Educator, while caring for their two children as well. Todd works full-time in IT for the Ottawa Police Department. Todd was recognized in 2008 as a Ephesians 4 Prophet at the annual leaders' conference in the UK. Todd is responsible for preaching at our weekly meetings and providing oversight to Life Groups. When they are not filling their time with church activities, the Pulsifers spend most of their holidays on outdoor adventures. Having been in Ottawa since the church's inception in 1999, we are grateful for their steadfastness to the vision God has given them for the church.
