Shipping Info
Products will be shipped through Canada Post as expedited packages.
FULFILLMENT PROCESS
Orders will be mailed in1 to 5 business days after receiving the order. It may take longer if we are temporarily out of stock on an item, but to minimize the wait, we may contact you directly to inform you of the status of your order or let you know when the item will be available to you and give you the option of waiting for the item to ship or having the item removed from your order. We value your business and we will do everything possible to ensure that your order gets to you as quickly as possible.
Canada Post pick up and deliver packages Monday through Friday only.
When your order is being shipped an automatic email notification will be sent to you with your tracking number.
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates as our estimates are dependant on our carriers' delivery service.
The following are approximate time frames for delivery of your order:
- Ontario & Quebec: 2 to 3 business days after being mailed
- Maritime Provinces: 3 to 5 business days after being mailed
- Manitoba & Saskatchewan: 3 to 5 business days after being mailed
- Alberta & British Columbia: 4 to 7 business days after being mailed
- Yukon, Nunavut & Northwest Territories: 5 to 8 business days after being mailed
